CallPilot 100 won't initialize

I have a CallPilot 100 that won't initialize. LED 1 & 2 are lite solid and the 3 other leds are flashing.

I have re-seated the software cartridge and checked the power supply...no change. I opened the cabinet and pushed the reset button...no change.

Any suggestion to start up this voicemail or is the system completely shot?
 
I have had this numerous times and found the power supply to be the problem, try replacing it first.
 
I have seen the same, the power supply goes bad. You can use a 9V Nortel transformer of a FashRad to test to see if that is the problem, the connection is a little sloppy but it will work for the test. I have a CP100 working in my lab all the time with the 9V fastRad transformer and no issues. Hope this helps!

The correct CP PS is 8VDC
