Callpilot 100 Will Not RE-BOOT

Connected to the Callpilot 100 and ran the quick install wizard. Logged off, and re-booted the callpilot. After about twenty minutes all I am getting are port lights A and B blinking about once every 30 seconds or so.
I have the unit on ports 115 and 116 and designated the attendant DN as 35.
Could someone please help me. The unit is brand new.

What kind of KSU and Version are you putting it on?
I suspect a CICS 4X8 and you have Restricted software wich means ports 9-16 are disabled.
