CallPilot 100 version 3.0 not able to access via ethernet

Have a tech on site that says he can not get the web page to pull up with IE 6 and Java 1.5.11. Callpilot 100 is version 3.0

Found out that the voicemail was not connected to the norstar. Tech is going to take it to site and connect it. I believe this is the problem. Can someone tell me if this is so?

You are correct. If it is not attached to a Norstar it will not boot up.

It was what I thought and Dewey confirmed. The CP100 needs to be connected to the system before it fully boots and you can access it via the web browser.
