I installed the call pilot100 2.0 on 0x32 6.1 and setup as NVM. Everything setup great all the boxes were subscribers and all was well. The attendant went in and deleted mailbox 227 and some how the system now will only put in info boxes.
I tried going in thru the phone and the the network port. If you touch Next no change or use the drop down there is only Info. I tried REINSTALL and it had on effect.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. I picked up a new one and installing it later this week. BTW I did defaulted it before I set it up the first time.

i would go with attendant fat fingered something and wont fess up to it

in the present system go into feature 983 and login
hit44 and view what are the licenses u got.
if the number of subscriber mailboxes are all used up, you can only build info mailboxes

as luv2ski said, they probably fat fingered and added some mailboxes, while deleting 227 and now u are out of licenses

That should have been visable with the web interface. When you go to build a mailbox it tells you how many you have left. It says (Available Subscriber Mailboxes: 7).

I wouldn't go replacing it if all you need is to delete some mailboxes.

I bought it as 4x40. I am only using 31 boxes. What I am saying is if you add a new box or delete an existing one and try to reinstall it it will only come back as an info type box it will not allow you to select a subscriber.

If you bought it with 40 mailboxes and did a reinstall did you need to put back in the keycodes to get you above the 10 mailboxes?

i would go back and do reinstall and reenter key codes...change password and not let user in ....

If it was a hacked CallPilot, the keycodes are gone unless you did a backup before the re-install.

I bet if you look in the web interface, you are over your 10 mailbox limit.

Sorry if this is the case!

I agree w/VencomRob. We've encountered the same scenario, over the license limit.
