Callpilot 100 seat fax server? What would you do?

We are going to centralize all our faxing (60 sites, 100 fax numbers). Should we use Callpilot Desktop messaging? We have set up a few users and loading the client and training the user takes up time which we do not have. Other fax servers? This is a chance to implement something with actual planning and not "seat of the pants flying". How would you do this?

Rightfax is OK, you can integrate it into Lotus Notes or Outlook via additional "gateways"
