Hi all,

I seem to have a problem with a Callpilot 100. I setup the remote mail notification so it calls a cellphone when there's a new message waiting. It works fine but only for 2 or 3 days and after setting it up again it works, but a few days after it stops again. Anyong know what might be going on?

Regards

Is your recipient answering the call and checking the message? Assuming your CP works the same as my CP4 on my M1 switch, if the call isn't answered, CP assumes it can't be delivered and turns off future notifications. I think it will try to call 3 times before giving up on you.

Hmm I did a test msg this morning to see if that would be the problem but right when i sent the msg the CP didn't dial out. So i went to check the settings it said: Not Init.
Everytime it resets it says this msg. Hope someone can help me

Hello,
Re: Cal Pilot Application Builder
I am getting "The system could not load the application from the server, Please check the connection to the server and try again" on two of my apps. I can retrive other apps without any problems.
Do you know what is causing this problem and how I can fix it.
Thanks in advance!!!

I manage 2 Norstar/CallPilot 100 systems for 2 partner doctors and have experienced this same Message Notification problem with both systems - that is, the cellphone dialing entries disappear after a period of time (from days to months). Has anyone determined the cause and fix for this - looking through this thread I don't see the solution, just some possible causes.
