CallPilot 100 "this session can not continue"

Recently installed CP100 on a CICS 4.2 unr, all calls are answered by the auto attendant. Calls sometimes get answered, then immediately the AA plays "this call can not continue, please try again later, bubye!" then the call is dropped.
Any reason this would happen? I"ve tried resetting the vm with a power cycle.
 
More info: its not the AA as i had indicated originally, the user tells me it only happens when he's trying to check his messages or leave a message in someones mailbox...
