Hi Experts|
Need to connect only one Dn to Callpilot 100. Is it possible? Please guide me for the programming because i have only one free extension. The system ksu 0x16 old one. Thanks for help.

Call Pilot is not officially compatible with 6x16, which I think is what you meant by 0x16. I have seen them work but I would not put one in. If you want to try, just connect the first port on the call pilot and see if it comes up. No real programming needed, just remove the lines and have two intercoms assigned to the port you are using.

Thanks phoneguy for reply the call pilot is already working fine but I want to take out one Extension and give it to new office. so please guide me if it possible to work with one extension for 4 external lines. Again Thanks

It is possible to use one port, keeping in mind you only have two channels, which means only two things can happen at once. If you are using auto attendant only two calls can be answered at the same time, the other call will ring until a channel becomes free. If you have someone checking their messages then only one call will be answered until the channel becomes free. Could be a problem if you have a lot of inbound calls.
