i have installed in the last couple of months 2 callpilot 100s. the first one lasted about 2 weeks and the feature card went bad. the second worked for about a week perfect and then wouldnt answer anything non of the feature codes would work either. i powered down and brought it back up and now it wont answer any of the incoming lines and when called into the mail it wont answer either.
to make everything worse neither of the companys wanted them backed up
i learned that you should back it up even if the customer doesnt want it backed up.
