Callpilot 100 or 150 losing programming 1

Has anyone ever had to replace a Callpilot cabinet due to programming getting zapped?

Or was is just replacing the software card?

I was curious if the cabinet is responsible for doing the zapping and the software card is actually ok or not.

I think that's a problem with a corrupt software card. Try running a scan for bad sectors on the card in question.
