I install a voice mail call pilot 100 the user's voice mail are answering the calls after 6 rings I need to reduce it to 2 rings I changed the callforward no answer to 26 voice mail port and I rings delay to 2 rings, but now the voice mail is over taken by the ext 21 which is the phone where I did the changes anybody has a clue of whats going on??????
