Callpilot 100 not sending CLID to all extensions

I am working with a Callpilot 100 that is servicing two Meridian M7310 phones and one T7316E phone. Here is the situation:

1.) On most extensions (i.e. phone jacks) in the office, whatever phone I plug in DOES show the caller ID of incoming external calls, prior to the CCR tree kicking in.
2.) On two particular extensions, whatever phone I have plugged in DOES NOT show caller ID on incoming external calls.
3.) When an external call is transferred to any extension via CCR, the caller ID DOES appear on that phone.
4.) When an internal call is made, the extension ID of the call originator shows up on the receiving phone.


Item 2. is the problem. What is want is that a phone on any extension will show the caller ID on incoming external calls. Please advise!

program the same as other sets that do work

Call Pilot is Voice Mail not Phone System, you are working on the phone system.
