Callpilot 100 loses memory

CICS with Callpilot 100. I inherited this system and checked the service history; this voicemail loses memory if the power goes out.

Is the memory on that flash card or in the unit itself?

Anyone else has this problem?

Memory is on the flash card. I have never heard of this and ahve moved 100's of callpilots! Possible the software is on the way out? "meaning bad flash memory" ? I would try new software and see if it is having the same issue.!
