callpilot 100 incoming calls won`t drop 1

it takes up to 3 min. for in coming calls to drop after message is left,call pilot is holding line up.the centrol offic is a dms 10 {nortel]any ideas.thanks,ljh2528154
 
are these analog trunks? if so make sure your control in correct, ndec/fdec eth and asup no.. if there loop start turnks, change them to ground.. place a order and make the changes in the switch at the same time... the main problem with loop start in a pbx is loss of disconnect supervision..

after that check your timers

On loop start trunks you can request the telephonee company to install the feature (COD) cut off on disconnect. This option will cause the telephone company to drop the local loop when they detect the call dropping from the remote end.

Are the lines on your Cics Or Mics programmed as supervised
or unsupervised? That could be the problem.
