Hi

We recently installed a CICS 7.1 and a Callpilot 100 to a customer who lost their old CICS and Flash VM in a lightning storm.

I have set up 5 mailboxes - 221, 222, 223, 224, 225

When I am at extension 221, and I press F981 the screen says "Mailbox:"

I am used to it just saying "Password:"

even though the mailboxes were created correctly (I think) and the extension was assigned to the mailbox when setting it up

any thoughts?

It sounds like your using CP interface, instead of NVM interface.

Adversity is Opportunity

Yes!
CP will ask for passowrd: only after you enter your mailbox: number (221 etc).
You can change the mailbox back to NVM if you want.

That did it.

Thanks everyone for your responses!
