Customer is receiving bunch of phantom calls from people hanging up during the AA greeting. With no disconnect on his lines, call stay connected and get transfered to the operator at the end of the AA. They also receive a lot of blank messages. Is there a way to tell AA to hang up instead of transferring the call after the greeting is played?
