Callpilot 100. Hang up after AA greeting

Hi

Customer is receiving bunch of phantom calls from people hanging up during the AA greeting. With no disconnect on his lines, call stay connected and get transfered to the operator at the end of the AA. They also receive a lot of blank messages. Is there a way to tell AA to hang up instead of transferring the call after the greeting is played?
 
The call will transfer because the system thinks they are calling from a rotary phone because no digits were entered.
If you do not tell people to press 0 then remove the DN of reception in the Table and Operator Status.

You need to make sure Supervision Disconnect is programmed on each line of the KSU
The Carrier must also have this programmed, also now called COD (Cut Off on Disconnect).

Confirm you lines are programmed, call in and wait for AA, once playing hang up.
If the call does not release in ample time then put in a ticket with the carrier.
If you do not do the above 2 then the lines will be tied up too often.

Thanks! Will check with the carrier if he can provide disconnect. It's a remote place and the CO is quite old there

I should have mention that you need the correct equipment to have/see Disconnect Supervision under line programming.
If it's a 3X8 or 3X16 then you need the KSU to have teal colour text on it and not black.
The 2 above and 8X24 all need DR5 software.
CICS & MICS are ok.
