We just installed a refurb CallPilot 100 last week, and what seems to be happening is this: messages that were int he General Delivery mailbox from the previous owner (they are all timestamped Nov/Dec 2009) keep popping into our General Delivery mailbox. Our receptionist keeps deleting them, then five minutes later they are back.
Has anyone ever seen that happen before? I'm at a loss as to how to clear them out permanently.
