CallPilot 100 can't use F986

One of my customers has a CP100 and when they are on an active call and try to use Feature 986, they get a 'not allowed' prompt on the display of their set. I have tried from other sets and made sure they have enough intercom keys assigned to the phone but still am scratching my head. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas?
 
To restore codes back to normal if 9*1 shows they moved...

Do **XFTEST and remove all F9XX codes
