We took a nam out of service today since it died-replaced it with a CP100 with basic call centre to get them by for a few weeks. Everything works but some of the feature codes are different. Feat 904 or F907 do not work to log in agent... have been thru 902-918 cant find log in code... voicemail works-ques work just can log in agents...

Remove all 9xx codes and reboot the CP.

Yes power off the CP, F**XFTEST, remove all codes, reboot CP.
