CallPilot 1.07 through Outlook

I am unable to forward messages in the CallPilot inbox of my Outlook application am I addressing this incorrectly?

ie. : 7303@callpilot.domain.com or should it be User@callpilot.domain.com ? (what appears on the CallPilot mailbox name field?)

any help is appreciated.
