CallPilot “CAT-5E” MPB96 Firmware Update

Hi

I have some MPB96 that are in need of the update to fix the fault outlined in Bulletin Number: PAA-2010-0034-Global-Rev1. Avaya have stopped the advance replacement service. Does anyone know have a way to have the firmware updated?

Any help will gratefully received :)
