CallPillot Message Problem

Hello ...

I have a BCM50 with CallPilot Message Configured on it ...
when dial the company number "welcome to .... , if you know the ext. no. dial it now"
there is one ext. when dial it, the callpilot system message replay with "you have entered inavald ext, no."
while when dial any ext. there is no problem and the system directly directed the calller to the specified no.>

Check the extn is valid. And the mailbox matches the number.

Check the mailbox is initialised.

 
Also check the phones DN, do F*0 Intercom and see if its the correct DN you think it is.
