Callog with 1408/1416 digital phones can't dial a external number

I have digital phones 1408/1416
When I check the call log and I have a number internal (4digits) so can dial. When I have a external number so I don't can dial I missing in the call log the 0 for outgoing calls.
I can in the Trunk insert a 0 then is ok but othe application is then a problem (Softphone over Outlook)
I check in the system features an give a 0 more inside, but not working.
What I can do is when i have a external call so can first dial the 0 after dial the number from the call log.
Have any an idee that i can directly call?
