CallMaster Mic. Volume 1

Hi all,
During the calls, the agent's voice is not audible in some
seats. Is there any setting like "mic. volume" ?
(CallMaster 4)

if you have rights to change terminal-parameters ...
type change terminal-parameters 302/603/606.

now you see :

302/603/606-TYPE TERMINAL PARAMETERS

Default Parameter Set: 10 Customize Parameters ? y

OPTIONS
Display Mode: 2 DLI Voltage Level: automatic


PRIMARY LEVELS
Voice Transmit (dB): +9.0 Voice Sidetone (dB): -5.0
Voice Receive (dB): -8.0 Touch Tone Sidetone (dB): -25.0
Touch Tone Transmit (dB): -4.0

play with the db settings ...
