Anybody ever come across this?
We are using the Avaya CTI app Ver 9.5 and the agents take a call and the Info field on the phone is populated with Credit card info. When the call is done, and even if the agent logs out for the day, The Info field stays populated with the data. We can clear it by pressing another feature ie: date time key which will change the displayed info, and even pulling the headset jack out of the phone does not clear it until the jack is re-inserted. Any ideas will be helpful.
