Callmaster 3.0 How do I send a fax?

I have a system built (almost) where the customer will dial in. They first have 2 choices on how to search their acct. Then we find out if they want the information faxed to them or read. If they choose fax we have them enter their fax number. We repeat back their number then try to send the fax. The fax never goes through and we do need a 9 to fax to an outside line. However I have been trying to send information to an internal fax machine where I don't need to dial 9 first. I appreciate all response.
