Callmanager version 5.0 CLI 1

There is no GUI for the Linux versions. You have to administer via the CLI, the web interface and RTMT.
Once you go to and log in, there's a pull down menu in the top right that allows you to go to the different server administration pages such as OS Administration and Disaster recovery (formally BARS).
Why are you going to 5.0? That's been end-of-life for a long time. It was also the first Linux version of CallManager, so it's not the best. You would be much better off upgrading to 6.x or 7.x in the near future.
