Callmanager failed to load

Hello,

I'm installing an testing server with callmanager 3.1 and i did an upgrade to 3.2.1c, with both versions i have the same problems

I get an error when i want to enable the callmanager service :

Failed to install thecisco services into the database on this node [ error value=6 ]

When i want to configere the callmanager and insert a new server i get :

A COM error occured during processing (6)

Anyone who can help me out here ?

THe upgrade process re-installs the whole server and then upgrades the database. CCM 3.1 if I remember correctly uses MSSQL 7 and all other CCM versions run MSSQL 2000. Make sure that you are following the instuctions fully and not just trying to insert the CCM CD's and attempting to upgrade.
