Can anyone tell me the best way to intergrate my callmanager with our mainframe. Our programmers want to write a program that allows customer infomation to be 'popped' when a client calls in. What API do they need to write to.

Search for the IP Phone SDK on cisco's web-site or ask your reseller. The SDK can be used to write a various of applications for your phones.
