CallManager Billing

You can do this yourself without any software. If you have MS Access them you can directly attach to the CDR database and pull all this information and display it any way you like.

The CDR analysis and reporting tool, as far as I know, is not part of a standard install and can be bought as a plugin. I have checked my CallManager system and I don't have a CDR database. The software from cost me only $55 and it didn't require that CDR be installed.

Patrick

CDR capture is not turned on by default. This is probably why you didn't see a CDR DB on your publisher. CDR is turned on by setting system parameters.

If you want CDR set CCM service parameter 'CDR Enable Flag' to true.

If you want to capture CDR for call of zero time duration set CCM service parameter 'CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag' to true.

If you also want call diagnostics to be captured, set CCM service parameter 'Call Diagnostic Enabled' to true.

After doing this you can use the Access Data Base as AdmanOK suggested.

I have 'CDR Enable Flag' set to true. I installed ART to view call detail but all reports are coming back with no detail. How do I check to make sure data is being captured?
Thanks.

a manual way you can go do it, is to go into sql manager and open up the cdr table..
