Callmanager 9 custome system default announcement

I am new to Callmanager 6, how to change system default announcement to busy tone, such as when dialing wrong number, it will play "the number you dial doesn't exist.....", our client wants to change it to busy tone .it is said that upload .wav file to tftp to replace system announcement, anyone can help, thanks in advance.

Are you referring to Annunciators?

The cisco ip voice media streaming application service must be activated. This from a 4.x publication...

1) Service>Media Resources>Annunciator
2) enter search criteria
3) Select annunciator from list
4) Select device pool
5) Update then click ok
6) Reset click ok
7) Click Reset
