CallManager 5.0(1) Logon Failure 1

Folks,
I have a CM 5.0 (1) install that will not allow me to get past the web based logon screen. I get login failure. I can however, logon to the box itself using SSH. Isn't this the admin logon and password? I created the same user and password for all instances during the setup. How can I easily establish an admin account for web based phone admin? I already made another account through the utils funtion but alas, it suffers the same login failure. Help?

Hi Guys

I'm having the same problems with my install of CCM 5.0(linux).

None of the passwords work.

I'm using the CCMAdministrator as a username and the password which you set up on the very last screen of the interactive install.

I then use the cli to ping local host to get the ip address of the CMA box and browse to that.
(I've even tried using Netscape because someone said don't use IE7!)
but still nothing works!

This is a copy of my post for CCMAdministrator login problems!

Thanks for all of your help. Finally managed to log in (more by good luck than by good judgement!)
The only thing which I did differntly, was to allow the install to proceed without the setup wizard, then configure with the wizard at the end!
The only other difference was to choose a different (longer) CCMAdministrator password!

i would like to know how to record a new announcement like " you have reached a none non working number" and have the call manager running 5.1.2a point to it.
