Callmanager 4.3 and Netmeeting

I'm looking to do a quick test with CCM 4.3 with the following setup:
1) 2x7960 IP phones, CCM 4.3, switch, and PC with netmeeting

I want to be able to call from Netmeeting to IP phones and vice versa.

I'm pretty new to CCM. I've gotten as far as being able to dial from the 7960 phones to netmeeting but can't dial FROM netmeeting. Any step by step instructions that I can set this up? Thanks in advance.
