Calll Screening

On the Partner Systems, is there a way to screen calls or does the Voicemail allow the caller to announce their name prior to transferring to the extension?

I don't mean listening to the caller while they leave a message then intercepting the call.

Not with any Avaya voice mail product - you'd have to go to a 3rd party voice mail with supervised transfer.

Tom is right. Look into a product such as DuVoice, which will do exactly what you are asking about.
