Calling SIP Extension problem

I have a SIP phone registering to the SES server and have attached a DID number to it. I have created the OPS from the CM as well. When calling the DID number, it will connect. but when i called the extension number from inside the CM, the other end would not hear me and I cannot hear him as well. The SIP Phone will ring but there I think there is no talk path.

Am I missing something on the configuration?

Please help. :)
