Calling servlet/JSP using triggers

Hi all,
I am new to DB2. I have one requirement where I need to send data to a servlet/JSP when a row in the table gets updated. I think using trigger and UDF it can be achieved. If there any other way then please let me know.
1. Is it possible to call servlet/jsp using trigger & UDF?
2. If yes, how can we do it?
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

I guess you can do with a Java UDF ...

But remember, you cannot modify data in the JSP/Servlet.

Have a look at the CREATE FUNCTION statement for EXTERNAL functions.
