Calling Reports, Forms or Procedures from an FRX with html (or other)

Hi All,

I've seen some inspiring things where people can use hyperlinks in an FRX report that when clicked can run a procedure or call an edit form or even another FRX report!

All the links from Doug Hennig are broken from this article or other articles referring to his sample file. Here's the main article from Doug:

Does anyone have a good link for this or just the ability to email the file or dropbox or something?
