Calling Report from a cube

I have a report with parameters Account and Time.

I would like the user to be able to call this report from a cube view.

I realize i can do this via actions, but how would i pass the parameter values?

Would the target and target type be cube and current cube or does this have to be on the actual level they can drill down too?

Any examples or ideas you might have will be of great help.
