Calling Queue

Im using Goldmine 6.7 DBase not SQL.

Now we use this both as a CRM tool but also we are trying to use it to do our calling from. We have 3 dif reps that will be calling out of Goldmine. I have filters set up to divy up the records between the 3 reps.

Here is what I am stuck at. I want to set up a calling queue so to speak, so that they are not manually flipping through the records to call. Is there a way to do this? Or if I am not explaining myself good enough let me know or fire away with some more questions.

Open the contact window and place it on the left of the screen (not maximised). Open the Activity List, on Calls, and place on the right (shrink to fit).

Right click on a call in the activity list and select Options>View>Sync Contact. You now find the contact on the left keeps pace with the call on the right.

When you right click and complete the call, the contact on the left will move to the next call with the activity list.
