Calling Party Name to VDN?

CM 5.2 DID numbers pointed at extensions show Calling Party Name and number on the display.

Calls routed trough VDN 690 to the same extension show the CID number only but not the name. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?:

If the DID call is transfered the CP-Name also shows at the transfrered extension.

If you have a DID pointing to a VDN in the System, the reason you don't see CPN for that number is depending on what you named the VDN in the system. If you name the VDN with the CPN you will see that information where as is you name it something else you won't see the number. Display the VDN to check the name. Not sure if that makes any sense to you. Hope this helps.
