Calling Party Name does not appear

We recently had an Option 61 installed. Users have 3904 set with three call appearences mostly built as MCR keys. When a user is on a call (key 0) and another call comes in on key 1, their own name and number appear on the display instead of the calling parties name and number. Any ideas? This seems to be a system wide problem.

post the class mark of the sets.. and check the firmware of the sets.. there is not a cls option for displaying the called party name on the called station..

fwvu 4 0 0 0

that will give you the firmware of the set.. then fdli 4 0 0 0, to reload that station.. download at least one.. if that is the issue, use ld 97 to schedule a download to run prior to midnight.. downloading a station takes it out of service for 10 minutes or so

and i agree with both post, we make all displays tdd, that shows the caller dn/name on key 1 when your on key 0.. tdd does not affect the display on key 0
