Calling Outlook

Hello, I have an access front-end application that runs on Citrix. I have some code that opens outlooks and inserts the To address. When running on Citrix it tries to open Outlook on Citrix (which doesn't exist), how can I get it to force open the user local outlook?

Dons1000,
I've never done this before with an Access Applicaiton calling and Outlook exe BUT....you might want to looking into (and Test...of course) the content redirection feature in Citrix (only in A and E versions).

Yes, the content redirection is your only hope. Again I haven't done this for several years, so I cannot tell you it will work.

The other alternative is to install outlook on Citrix. But I know this will interfere probably.
