Good afternoon. We have 2 ISDN PRI's and some outside users are telling me that when they are making calls that the calling number is not displayed at the distant end. Where do I need to check to verify that the information is being sent out of the Option 61c over the PRI correctly.

Many thanks in advance.

GO TO LD 21 AND PRT YOUR CDB (LD 15) INFO
MIGHT AS WELL CHGECK ANI AND CLID INFO:

LD 21
PRT
ANI_DATA

LD 21
PRT
CLID (OR NET_DATA)
start there before you beat up telco co

If you know your DCH number. You can go into LD 96 and enable messaging on the DCH and see what you are sending out from the PBX.

LD 96

.enl msgo X (x=your dch number)

Its difficult to use this if there is a lot of traffic going out.

Know one thing....

Outgoing caller ID is NOT!!! a sometimes thing. If ONLY "Some" people are not receiving it, the problem is on their end. If Most people do receive it, you are sending it out properly EVERY Time.

and that is a fact..

best test. ld 96 enl msgo x on that d, then call one of the numbers that does not see your clid.. you will see the clid being sent
