Hello guys,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to swap the specific incoming number into a text (globally-not on particular phone).
For example : if the number xxxxxxxxxx is calling the Avaya system is swapping it into a text and displays as "do not answer" or something similar.
Please help if you have some idea how to do it

R, jhk

Try this...set up an extension using type xmobile - call it "do not answer". In the xmobile type enter -ec500, Mobility Trunk Group - ars, configuration set- 1 (you may need to set up an off-pbx configuration set). In the Cell Phone Number Mapping section, enter the number you are trying to relabel in the Cell Phone Number field, and set the mapping mode to origination. Give it a COR that can't make external calls (just in case). Then, when that number calls, CM will send it to the recipient as the extension and their display will say "do not answer

if you dont want people to answer you can do what cgogan13 but set the COR to not be able to dial, and set mapping mode to origination, everything else to none.
then any time that number calls any number in your system it will be rejected.

Davidpayne, your description is what I do to block calls, it works well :)
