Hi
I've got a MD connected to a public exchange, and to a IP exchange.
public-MD-IP
When anyone calls to an IP extension, the MD is a transit exhange.
I can trace the call and the incoming setup is sending the calling number from the PSTN (It really sends private calling number 1234, and national public number 987654321), but in the outgoing setup from the MD towards the IP, we only send the connected number 1234, and the ip extension doesn't show it.
Any one knows why?
Thanks.
(ROU 7 ITS THE PUBLIC, AND 20 IS THE IP)

(4321 IS THE IP EXTENSION)

You should setup the route 20 as a DSS1 trunk .
And you would need a license for it .

Gateway calls will then be transparent , as if
the ip exchange was direct connected to pstn .

Thanks
But Why it works fine if the call is from another pabx or from another public line?
