Calling mobiles from LDK-24

Having received a massive bill for calls to mobiles,
I've add a added a Telccom fM cellular terminal.

If I press line 5 then I dial out on a sim. How do I configure the system so that if
I dial '07' then the call is routed to line 5 automatically?

you need to set up the lcr tables to do this .

put co5 in a different co group . group 2 for instance

I've looked at that menu and don't have a clue how to,set it up

I'm sure there is some simple syntax, but it's beaten me!

are you doing this through the phone keyset or yor laptop using the admin tool . ? if your using the admin tool i can put up some screen shots of how it should look like

sorry for the delay .

your need to turn lcr on obviously .

put the trunk for the premicell into a different trunk group .

this will allow you to dial out on premicell if your main lines fail as well .

obviously change your std code to match your own . and this is where you would put any dialing prefixs for access to networks for billing etc

Tried, but failed!

The menus on my LKD-24 look different to yours.

When I dial the 9 from an outside line, it goes straight to line 3 or 4, so I guiess it never goes to these tables?

you need to have override first co group turned on in system settings and your need to make sure the stations have access to the second line group as well . it will only select the premicell when you dial 907
