Are macros not supported over the net? I am linking to a
.wcm file that simply opens a WP file and does a merge so
that I get keyboard prompts at particular spots in a letter.
Every time I solve one problem, another one occurs
(usually with different service pack versions).
Is there a particular configuration you need on a server
so that macros will open and run consistently from a web page?
Is there a better way to do this?
Please help!
Here's what I have tried so far:
Application (A1; "WordPerfect"; Default; "EN"
MergeRun (FormFileType: FormFile!; FormFile : "address/nts_cip_fcadd.frm"; DataFileType: NoData!;
OutputFileType: ToCurrentDoc!)
AND...
MergeRun (FormFileType: FormFile!; FormFile :
"@PFDesktop\:internet\DataFileType: NoData!; OutputFileType: ToCurrentDoc!)
----> Both of the above give me a non-resolvable password prompt
FileOpen (Filename:"@PFDesktop\:internet
MergeRun (FormFileType: Current!; DataFileType:
NoData!; OutputFileType: ToCurrentDoc!)
---> This last one works, but I end up with two copies
of the letter in the open document...
There's got to be a way to do this, right?
Thanks,
RJ
