first of all, i must've posted a thousand queries since yesterday. Thanks to everyone who's answered!

I have my canadian and caribbean NPAs going over loop 29, which is a long distance T1. My USA NPAs go over a different loop (actually, three loops in a rout, 12, 18 & 19). If i want to move my canadian & caribbean NPAs (assuming loops 12 18 & 19 can accommodate the additional traffic) how do i know if they can call over that T1? someone told me the T1 might not be able to accept those types of calls. How do i find out? thank you!!

The easiest way would be to change the rli on a couple of npa's and call a number in that area.
