calling JSP from oracle 9ias application server thought apache

hello all group members,

I am facing a from that i have installed a apche 2 on a machine & want to call some oracle reports & form that is on different m/c.
if there is any connector to connect oracle 9ias & apache.
if no pls tell me how can i call these form & reports & URL has not to change for the m/c.
