CALLING GROUPS 2

Hello Could someone please let me know if i can have a call that has been transfered to a calling group recall back to the operator if no answer

call comes in for parts operator transfers the call to 771 rings for 7 rings no answer recall back to operator

I don't think the call can recall back to the operator, but you can overflow the call to the operator after a certain amount of seconds.

ok is that just by programing overfloww could you please give me the steps

go to extensions, calling groups, overflow. You will need to set the overflow destination, then use time based to set the amount of seconds to ring before overflowing. I believe you can't actually overflow to the operator, it has to be another calling group, but you can create a new calling group with just the operator as a member.

That would probably depend whether the system has QCC or DLC for the console config. Check the Feature Reference to be sure of your options.
